Lado Sakvarelidze

 

Lado Sakvarelidze brings over 20 years of extensive experience in finance, consulting, and management across various industries. Beginning his career in banking, he transitioned into corporate finance consulting in Georgia while concurrently engaging in entrepreneurial ventures.

From 2011, Lado served as the Financial Director of Redix Group before venturing into franchising. Alongside his partners, he acquired the license for the renowned American fast-food chain "Subway" and inaugurated Georgia's first Subway restaurant in Tbilisi in 2014. Subsequently, in 2016, Lado and his partners established "Orkin Georgia" after obtaining the franchise license from Orkin Inc., solidifying their position as the primary provider of commercial sanitary services in the country.

Since 2021, Lado has assumed the role of co-founder and head of a private investment company, focusing on commercial services, critical infrastructure maintenance, logistics, technology, and niche real estate sectors.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Lado actively participates in social initiatives. He is the founder of Alternative Media LLC, a media startup with a social impact mission, and the initiator of Blue Rivers Club.

Since 2022, Lado Sakvarelidze has served as an individual impact investor for Actio, Georgia's first impact fund, contributing to the enhancement of social impact-oriented investments within the country.
