The concept of work integration implies increasing the access of vulnerable groups (persons with disabilities, internally displaced persons, persons who are in conflict with law, women victims of violence, youth, etc.) to formal and informal education, development of labor skills, and employment.

Actio prioritizes the transitional employment model, which envisages training and employment of the target groups to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to enter the mainstream labor market and become attractive personnel for the employer.
