Nikoloz Alavidze has over 23 years of experience in Banking, Finance, International Trade Finance, Consulting and Management.

He served in the public sector as a Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia (May-December 2019). At this moment Nikoloz works with Georgian Rugby as a Senior Advisor to the President. In addition, he acts as a managing partner of a few companies in the Real Estate and telecommunications industries. 

Nikoloz is an entrepreneur and angel investor oriented on Impact investments. One of his projects that started in 2016 together with two partners, Altitude 3014, has gained international recognition and also has been awarded the Meliora Grand Prix in 2019 as a Most Responsible SME in Georgia.

Since 2022 Nikolz has become an individual impact investor of Actio - the first impact Fund in Georgia.
