About Dadari
The social enterprise Dadari was established in 2018. Dadari is dedicated to supporting the professional development and employment of people with diverse abilities, including persons with disabilities and internally displaced individuals.
Dadari produces eco-friendly, health-safe, handmade wooden toys that bring joy to both children and adults.
The enterprise operates in Tbilisi and Zugdidi, while its toys are sold in both the Georgian and European markets.
Investment of Actio
Actio support will enable Dadari to expand its economic activities and enhance its social impact. The enterprise aims to acquire new equipment, open its first store in Tbilisi, and further develop its presence in export markets.
Through collaboration with Actio, Dadari will receive two types of financial support:
- A grant of €37,492
- A 0% interest loan of €4,731
Additionally, Dadari will receive in-depth support in measuring social impact and strengthening organizational development.
Plans of Dadari
Over the next five years, Dadari plans to:
- Provide professional training for at least 25 individuals with diverse needs.
- Employ at least 20 individuals with diverse needs in its enterprises.
Additionally, Dadari will focus on fostering the social integration of apprentices and employees while creating a comfortable, friendly, and development-oriented work environment.
